Chest&Triceps 10/17/2012

Cardio 
CHANGE IS AMAZING!
     treadmill 30min 
         -5min- 3.5 (warm-up)
         -20min-4.3-4.5 (incline 14.5)
         -5min-Cool Down (3.5)

Chest: 
      - bench press with dumbbells 20lbs (4sets/12-15 Reps)
      - butterfly 45lbs (4sets/12-15 Reps)
      - cable chest press 55lbs (4Sets/12-15reps)
      - decline push ups (4sets/10reps)

Triceps:
believe in HYPE!!
      - decline EZ bar tricep extensions 20lbs (4sets/12reps) in bewteen each set do-- bench dips (4Sets/20 Times Each Rep)
       - cable rope overhead tricep extensions (4Sets/12-15 Reps)
       - tricep dumbbell kickbacks 20lbs (4sets/12-15 Reps)
