Healthy French Toast

Ingredients: two pieces of whole wheat bread, coconut oil, cinnamon, and two eggs. Heat coconut oil in frying pan. Beat eggs and cinnamon together in a bowl soak each slice of bread on both sides. Cook each side for about a minute or until egg turns white. (I normally use just the white of the egg for this recipe). I paired mine with turkey bacon...greek yogurt is another good option. To top your french toast you can use sugar free syrup, honey, or you can blend your favorite fruit.  Enjoy <3
