LEGS:
- barbell full squat (25lbs on both sides) (4SETS/12-15REPS)
- leg press 110lbs (4SETS/12-15REPS)
- calf Press 90lbs (4SETS/20 REPS)
- leg curls 55lbs (4SETS/15REPS) ABS!!!! <3
