LEG DAY!!! 10/16/2012

Cardio: Stairmaster
    -5min (warm-up) (level 3-5)
    -20min (level 5-13) increase level ever 1.5min-2min
    -5min (cool-down) (level 3-5)

LEGS:
    - barbell full squat (25lbs on both sides) (4SETS/12-15REPS)
    - leg press 110lbs (4SETS/12-15REPS)
    - calf Press 90lbs (4SETS/20 REPS)
    - leg curls 55lbs (4SETS/15REPS) 

ABS!!!! <3
